A NA4900 bearing is a popular machined type needled roller bearing. It contains a single row of rollers with a ribbed, machined outer ring. The inner ring of the NA4900 is removeable. By removing the inner ring the bearing becomes an RNA4900

The inner ring, outer ring and rollers of the bearing are made from 100Cr6 bearing steel and the bearing cage is made from ST12 material.

The inner ring on the NA4900 is used if the shaft is not configured as a roller bearing raceway. All of the NA49 series bearings we stock are a single row design. Our NA69 series are of a double row design.

The inner ring allows for a small amount of axial displacement, if larger axial displacements are occuring a wider inner ring will need to be used.

An NA4900 bearing can be supplied either unsealed as on this page or with a single or double seal.
